Victoria K. Wondolowski

Victoria Wondolowski joined Montana & Welch in 2023.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Cook County State’s Attorney, where she practiced throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding suburbs.  Victoria’s practice currently concentrates on general municipal law, litigation, corporate governance, and labor and employment law.  She advises government clients on a wide array of municipal matters, including statutory compliance, legislation drafting, land use and labor and employment issues.

Victoria graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a minor in Psychology of Crime and Justice.  Victoria received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2021.  She is currently licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
